Terms & Conditions
- All fees are non-refundable except for the Security Deposit, which will be refunded when given at least two (2) months notice.
- For parents who fail to provide the advanced notice, the school has the right to decide on the refunded amount, which will be 50% of the Security Deposit if the withdrawal notice is at least one (1) month in advance.
- However, if the withdrawal notice is less than a month, the Security Deposit will not be refundable.
- Once the registration form is submitted, the RM250 Registration Fee is non-refundable. If parents decide to withdraw from the waiting list or join another school before the schooling day starts, 50% of the total payment (excluding the RM250 Registration Fee) will be refunded.
- Registration Fee & Deposit are to be paid upon confirmation of registration.
- The registration fee will be refunded if, after conducting the entry assessment, your child is found not suitable for our school curriculum.
To Note:
- Tuition fees are payable on or before the 1st day of each new school month/term. Please make payments on time to avoid an additional 10% late payment fee for late payment.
- A late pickup fee of RM30 will be charged for every 15 minutes if a parent collects their child after the school or program has ended.
- Preschool 12:30 p.m. (late fee will charged from 12: 45 p.m. onwards)
- Half-day 3:00 p.m. (late fee will charged from 3:15p.m. onwards)
- Full-day 6:00 p.m. (late fee will charged from 6:15 p.m. onwards)
- When a student enrols before each school term, parents shall pay the full tuition fee and all other fees.
- Tuition fees will not be prorated for absences of less than two weeks. Proration will only apply if a child is on vacation or medical leave for more than 15 days (including weekends), in which case half of the monthly tuition fee will be charged.
- A 5% sibling discount on tuition fees is available to families with two or more children attending our school at the same time. The discount is applied to the 2nd child onwards for the first year tuition fee.
- A 10% referral discount on the 1st month of tuition fees will be given to parents who successfully refer another parent to sign up with our school.
